BEACH HOUSES AT LAHAINA

With extensive views of the Pacific Ocean & the Island of Lanai in the distance, this new custom residence rests on Lahaina's famous white, sandy, reef protected Baby Beach in West Maui's historic Lahaina Town. The envisioned design was to capture the casual elegance of an old- style Hawaii beach house. With intentional transitional spaces moving from the street to the beach in order to achieve a sense of privacy and security while at the same time, creating a sense of casualness and openness that one would expect from a beach in Hawaii.
