The Espacio Hotel Renovation involved a complete transformation and revitalization of the 12 story, 35,000 square foot hotel built in the 1960's, fronting the world famous Waikiki beach, into a world class luxury boutique hotel. The design called for the conversion of the existing 73 hotel rooms into 9 luxury villas and a day spa.
