C. BREWER BUILDING

University of Phoenix's Hawaii Campus Headquarters are housed in the C. Brewer Building which was designed by Mayer, Murray & Phillip in 1929. The C. Brewer Building is on the National Historic Register and all work was closely coordinated with the State Historic Preservation Office. The challenge was to provide a modern office in this 16,000 SF building while maintaining its historic charm.
